CampusESP enables parents and families to stay up-to-date on important information while students are away at college. Their first goal was to design new dashboard modules that would make it easier for admins to track and monitor communities and other metrics. The second was to we redesigned their Targeting Criteria experience to simplify the process for administrators and increase engagement rates.

It was important to make these improvements without requiring a complete UI overhaul. After rounds of iterations and user testing, all designs, use cases, and prototypes where delivered to the team for implementation and successful feature launch.
